Traditional Swedish chocolate balls!

(1 hour in fridge)
Ingredients
- 3.5dl Oats
- 1.5dl Sugar
- 1 tbsp Vanilla sugar
- 5 tbsp Cacao powder
- 150g Butter
- 3 tbsp Coffee
- Coconut flakes for coating
Steps
- Mix all the dry ingredients.
- Mix in room temperature butter.
- Mix in the coffee.
- At this point the “dough” is probably very soft, so let it cool in the fridge for a bit so it firms up. Easier to roll into neat balls when firm.
- Roll into balls and coat in coconut flakes
- Cool in fridge until firm.
