Swedish Chocolate Balls

Traditional Swedish chocolate balls!

(1 hour in fridge)

Ingredients

  • 3.5dl Oats
  • 1.5dl Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla sugar
  • 5 tbsp Cacao powder
  • 150g Butter
  • 3 tbsp Coffee
  • Coconut flakes for coating

Steps

  1. Mix all the dry ingredients.
  2. Mix in room temperature butter.
  3. Mix in the coffee.
  4. At this point the “dough” is probably very soft, so let it cool in the fridge for a bit so it firms up. Easier to roll into neat balls when firm.
  5. Roll into balls and coat in coconut flakes
  6. Cool in fridge until firm.
